Future Science
Our solar system was born from a cloud of gas and dust. The largest part of this cosmic rubble heap clumped together to the planets. What remained were cosmic rubble: comets, asteroids and meteoroids. Their investigation helps science to learn more and more about our origin. But they can also be dangerous to us. This episode of “Spacetime” focuses on the cosmic rubble that date back to the early days of our solar system.
