Scientists Detect a Black Hole Racing Through Our Galaxy
Astronomers have identified a rare rogue black hole moving through the Milky Way without a companion star. Invisible to traditional telescopes, it revealed itself through gravitational microlensing, bending the light of a distant star. Traveling at high speed across our galaxy, this isolated object challenges previous assumptions about how black holes form and move. Credit to : BRIGHT SIDE
