The mystery surrounding the interstellar visitor known as 3I/ATLAS has deepened dramatically following new observations from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
According to data collected during the final days of October twenty twenty-five, scientists detected something extraordinary as the object passed behind the Sun.
The interstellar body, believed by many to be a comet from another star system, appeared to perform a non-gravitational maneuver—an action that cannot be explained by the normal forces of gravity that govern celestial motion.
